1. Do you have same day shipping?

Yes. Typically if your order is in by 2:00pm PST the order will ship the same day.

2. How long does it take to setup a new account?

As quickly as you need to be shipping orders. Usually from initial contact to full implementation can occur in 1-3 days.

3. Can you ship COD?

Yes. We can use your shipping carrier accounts or ours and provide means for COD shipments.

4. How much is it going to cost?

Riverpale Fulfillment offers extremely competitive pricing, quick setup, and no hidden fees. We will ensure that our partnership is win/win and economical enough to meet your goals. Reducing your in-house expenses for providing the same services outsourced to us, is our ultimate goal.

5. What carriers do you use?

We use all the major carriers. UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, LTL Freight Carriers and more...

6. Is my inventory secure and safe?

Yes. Security is a top priority for us. Our customers feel confident their inventory that their inventory is secure. Alarm systems and other security measures ensuressafe and secure storage. Our Fulfillment House Resources keep our customers coming back to us year after year.

7. Do you have real time inventory monitoring tools?

We are in the process of installing inventory management systems so that our fulfillment house resources will allow our customers to know at all time how much inventory is on hand and auto notifications when items begin to run low for reordering. This is just one of many features of up-coming inventory control software.

8. Can I come and visit the facilities for a tour?

Yes. Anytime. Please contact us at (818) 718-1114 to schedule a tour. We would love for you to show you around and meet our staff.

9. Do you provide adequate order and inventory reporting?

Yes. Our web enabled systems give every customer real time inventory, order and financial reports. All of which are visible, live and online or can be downloaded into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to be distributed to other members of your team or imported into certain accounting packages for journal entry accounting.

10. Can your team help me get started and help us grow?

Yes. Riverplate has evolved over the years in to a mature business process outsource partner of choice for many customers. Our management team is the best ever and can help you every step along the way to newfound business growth.

11. Can you handle managing the fulfillment of a large number of SKUs and highly valued merchandise?

Yes. Riverplate has the ability to handle several thousands of orders per day and our Distribution Center has ample storage ability to hold thousands of SKUs. Our facilities are secure and monitored so high dollar merchandise is well suited for our Distribution Center.
