The site I visited pay the clicker $.01 per ad viewed successfully. So in terms of cost, this idea is worth exploring.

They key to SEO is to choose words which are directly related to your site. This increases your website ranking thereby increasing your chance of getting clicked when displayed on the result page.

Never underestimate the traditional ways of advertising and promotion. Print, radio and television ads are tried and tested mediums for advertising and promotion. They have been around for ages and have certain advantages. First of which is that these low tech means are virus proof. Meaning they are immune to website crashes caused by viruses which proliferate in cyberspace. These medium are also available to people who have no internet access.

There are low cost options which are readily available for website promotion, advertising and marketing. You can join social network groups like MySpace and Facebook and get maximum exposure. MySpace for example gets over 1 billion hits per day and has over 200 million registered users. These sites are also free and user friendly. You can also start blogging about your website in various blogsites you can find in the internet.
There are hundreds of blogsites like WordPress, Blogger and Digg which you can utilize to get maximum exposure. You can tell the whole world what your product or service is about.
