This is yet again another reminder for managers and leaders to remember that when it comes to motivation, there is no uniform policy that covers everybody. Each of us is uniquely different with very different needs and wants. In order to really know how to motivate our employees we must first remember to listen and talk to them to find out more about their personalities and backgrounds, which will enable us to choose the correct method of motivation.

This is another reminder that in order for us to reach our goals we need to work hard for it. This is basic stuff, but many times the simplest messages are the most profound.

Some say that geniuses are born not made, but like Edison said 'we can all become geniuses of hard work.'

If you desire, need, or want something then the only way you are going to get it is to work hard and aim for that goal. However aiming is also not enough; you have to work hard in order to reach it.
