Turnaround depends on scale, product type and destination. Typically, once items are consolidated and packed, shipments leave within 24-48 hours. Specialized orders may have longer delivery time, depending on shipping schedules.
Yes, we have flexible storage arrangements. Seasonal or slow sellers can be stored in lower-cost zones and moved or reactivated when demand comes back, keeping your operation lean.
You’ll be assigned a dedicated account manager. Our operations team is responsive to calls or messages and you’ll have access to regular updates and reports.
We can inspect returned goods, re-package, re-stock or dispose according to your instructions. Overstocks can be held until you need to redistribute or consolidate in back-to-stock shipments. In any case, we will try to help you reduce transportation costs, among other things.
